We need someone to work with our tenants and landlords to ensure efficient planning and smooth operation of tenant changeover of our properties. This means checking the condition of our properties and agreeing any costs for works with landlords, tenants and contractors, organising works, ensuring checks ins go well, whilst at the same time keeping everyone happy and on time! Other tasks include managing general maintenance, inspections, safety compliance and general office tasks.
Based in our central St Ives office for 40 hours a week (ideally), including 1 Saturday morning in 3 – Salary £20,000-£23,000 dependant on experience
