For owners who need their property marketed well in order to source, reference and agree high calibre residents, with an up-to-date legally secure tenancy signed.

It is assumed these Owners are very confident in completing all aspects of the formal tenancy check-in (essential if you ever need to evict your resident), managing their property and residents, including all maintenance issues and out-of-hours calls. They should have a secure process for handling unpaid rent, managing all maintenance, keeping appropriate records and be up-to-date with all legal changes.
