Owners who want the benefits of the ‘Owner Support’ service package without handling day to day contact with their residents. This package includes 24/7 resident contact for any resident issues, covering tenancy related maintenance, including management of property preparation between residents. We will handle all resident queries, plus manage tenancy renewal and serve any Section 21 Notices to end the tenancy. We will also advise on any tenancy related legal issue.
We will automatically handle all repairs up to £350 in value and agree more expensive works directly. All works will be completed by our approved contractors, with access properly arranged.
