I joined Maxine Lester in September 2018, having previously worked both in residential property management and other customer service focused companies within Cambridgeshire.
My job role is that of a Property Manager and this mainly involves conducting the property check-outs and check-ins, ensuring a smooth transition between the two tenancies and ensuring tenants are happy in their home. I also liaise with various contractors on behalf of our landlords to ensure that the works they conduct are carried out on time and to a high standard.
I really enjoy the challenge the role has to offer and it is a continual learning experience; not one check out is the same as another! Since joining Maxine Lester I have attended a number of industry courses which have helped me develop within the role and I continue to look forward on this career path.
My lovely daughter Ava takes up much of my time when not at work, although I do manage to fit in time at home and work, to feed my need for chocolate!
