Resident Changeover Individual services

Initial Property set up – £175
Property appraisal and health check – 25% of Rent with £175 minimum
Marketing your property and completing viewings (if our advice on pricing & condition followed) – 75% of rent with £500 min*
Applicant Screening and due diligence (AML, Sanctions, R2R) – £350 per person
Tenancy agreement service – £250 for one tenant, + £50 for each extra tenant/guarantor
Collect Deposit & 1^st Rent – £100

* Requires the initial property set up and Property appraisal, unless we’ve marketed the property in the last 4 years

Excluding the Initial property Set up, the above costs £1,200 for one tenant, £1,600 for two tenants. Our you could save money buy taking our Resident Find Complete Service Package

Resident Changeover Support

Serve Notice to end Tenancy – £350 + Possession Readiness Review
End of Tenancy Report & Negotiations £450
Certificate preparation service – £75 per certificate + cost of contractor
Arrange Works for Tenancy to start as agreed – 10% of cost, w £90 minimum
Manage Major repairs or projects – 12.5% of value
Produce Inventory & Schedule of Condition – £90 1 bed, £15 per extra bed
Resident Check-in in our office – £150

Ad Hoc Support Services during Tenancy

Advice Call – £95
Annual Rent Review & Sct 13 – 2 month of increase with £125 minimum
Handle any routine Maintenance or Compliance Certificate Issue on your behalf – £75 each
Keys – hold & issue to your contractors – £60 per property p.a.
Supervision of your contractor – 12.5% of cost
Safety Compliance Visit – £175
Mould Cause Assessment – £250
