Rent Collect Service Package

Landlords who want all the benefits of our ‘Tenancy Agreement’ service package plus ongoing collection of rent, legally compliant protection of the deposit, access to legal advice regarding their tenancy, all safety or compliance certificates arranged when due, annual rent review and routine tenancy notices to end the tenancy served. We also provide holiday cover for 4 weeks a year, so if your tenants have any issues, your holiday is not interrupted.

We will ensure that the tenants have organised their standing order with their bank, so that the money is in our account on or before the due date. We are constantly checking the banking so we know the moment the money arrives in our account and, wherever possible, will transfer it into your bank on the same working day. We will pay you on a Friday if your rent due falls on the weekend, subject to the rent being received from your tenants, and once the rent is paid to you, a clear monthly statement will be emailed.

Our in-house specialist rent collection team have exceptional success rates. However, should a rent fall late, we have a robust and established tenant chasing system, and excellent landlord communication, so that you are always kept in the loop.
