The most popular of all the services we offer is our Property Management Service Package:

This service is your full peace of mind that Maxine Lester will find you a fabulous tenant, will get them moved into your property, that all legalities will be covered and that your obligations under the law will be dealt with in a professional and timely manner throughout the term of your tenancy, including providing 24/7 cover for all repairs and maintenance.

The key features of the Property Management Service, which are in addition to those in our Tenant Contact Service Package, are listed below:

	EVERYTHING IN OUR TENANT CONTACT SERVICE, PLUS
1.	Arrange works to property in advance of the tenancy check-in
2.	Address any issues identified by tenants on the Inventory at check-in
3.	Provide 24/7 tenant helpline as 1st point of contact for all issues, including maintenance or disputes
4.	Where maintenance or repairs are required we will investigate and identify suitable action
5.	Instruct contractors when works required are a priority or cost is below £250 in value, notifying you as soon as possible
6.	Agree costs with you for works above £250 – where possible using comparative costs
7.	Manage the contractors we instruct and ensure works completed as required
8.	Liaise with tenants for access for our instructed contractors
9.	Check on contractor works to ensure completed in a timely and professional manner
	All for monthly cost of just 12% of the monthly rent, subject to a £85 minimum (plus VAT).
