This service is your full peace of mind that Maxine Lester will find you a fabulous tenant, will get them moved into your property, that all legalities will be covered and that your obligations under the law will be dealt with in a professional and timely manner throughout the term of your tenancy, including providing 24/7 cover for all repairs and maintenance.
The key features of the Property Management Service, which are in addition to those in our Tenant Contact Service Package, are listed below:

|1.||Arrange works to property in advance of the tenancy check-in|
|2.||Address any issues identified by tenants on the Inventory at check-in|
|3.||Provide 24/7 tenant helpline as 1st point of contact for all issues, including maintenance or disputes|
|4.||Where maintenance or repairs are required we will investigate and identify suitable action|
|5.||Instruct contractors when works required are a priority or cost is below £250 in value, notifying you as soon as possible|
|6.||Agree costs with you for works above £250 – where possible using comparative costs|
|7.||Manage the contractors we instruct and ensure works completed as required|
|8.||Liaise with tenants for access for our instructed contractors|
|9.||Check on contractor works to ensure completed in a timely and professional manner|
|All for monthly cost of just 12% of the monthly rent, subject to a £85 minimum (plus VAT).|
