Having a pet is considered by many an essential part of home life. We want Residents to make their home in the property we manage for their Landlord.

Whilst it is your right to request a pet in the property, it is important any request is done in writing, so we can review this.

Once your application is received the landlord must not unreasonably refuse to allow that pet. They have up to 28 days to consider your request.

The kind of reasons where a request for a pet may be refused would be things such as legal restrictions in the lease, or suitability of the property for the welfare of the animal.

Where an application to add a pet is accepted, this will be considered a Variation of Contract and therefore there will be a charge of £50 (inc. VAT).
