Many owners consider selling. It could be this was their original exit plan, it could be their circumstances have changed. Either way, they would obviously prefer to sell with a tenant in place, which means they keep the income until the property is sold. This has the obvious benefit for the new owner, who has a sitting tenant.

Where we know the property and how much you hope to get, we are perfectly placed to assess the return, which is key to advising potential buyers. If it seems a suitable investment, we can then offer that property to our database of potential investors, before you commit to an estate agency fee to put it on the open market.

If any investor is interested we introduce them to you to agree a deal, or we can negotiate on your behalf.

Unlike estate agencies we do not charge you a percentage fee for this. We charge you a fee for our time to complete:

• Preparing relevant information for potential buyers
• Time for any property viewing
• Anti-Money Laundering checks on buyers

We complete this for just £750 plus VAT.
