At our weekly meeting we each have the opportunity to nominate a team member who has gone above and beyond for our customers and they get a little star. Each quarter, the person with the most stars becomes our star performer.
Lisa worked tirelessly through a very busy month at a period when her department was low on staff, and she never complained, was always smiling and had so much positive feedback from her customers that it was impossible not to give her this month’s award.
