This is the key foundation and starting point for all tenancies where we have some management involvement. If you intend to manage your property directly, you need our “Tenant Find” service.

It is essential that your property is marketed well in order to source, reference and agree high calibre residents, with an up-to-date legally secure tenancy signed.

	All for a one off cost of £795 for 1-2 bedroom property + £100 for each extra bedroom (Inc. VAT).
	For Properties we've not worked with before there is a £125 set up charge (Inc. VAT)
