We have shown charges for each package, these are the maximum charges and may be reduced for higher quality properties or landlords with multiple properties.
Landlords who need their property marketed well in order to secure high calibre tenants that they will then handle directly, taking up references and agreeing a legally secure tenancy. These landlords should be very confident in creating and executing the tenancy, managing their property and tenants, including all maintenance issues and out-of-hours calls. They should have a secure process for handling unpaid rent, be up-to-date with all legal changes and happy to negotiate any deposit issues at the end of the tenancy.
We can provide this service for a one off fee of just 57% of the monthly rent, subject to a £400 minimum (plus VAT)

Landlords who want the benefits of the ‘Find Your Tenant’ service along with the peace of mind of knowing their tenants have been properly referenced and all the detailed legalities around the tenancy document and start are handled well; essential if you ever need to evict your tenant. These landlords should be very confident in managing their property and tenants, including all maintenance issues and out-of-hours calls. They should have a secure process for handling unpaid rent, be up-to-date with all legal changes and happy to negotiate any deposit issues at the end of the tenancy.
We can provide this service for a one off fee of just 36% of the monthly rent, subject to a £250 minimum (plus VAT)

They should be up-to-date with all rental legislation and happy to negotiate any deposit issues at the end of the tenancy.
We can provide this service for a monthly fee of just 6.5% of the monthly rent, subject to a £45 minimum (plus VAT)

These landlords are confident managing all maintenance issues and having some contact with their tenants.
We can provide this service for a monthly fee of just 10% of the monthly rent, subject to a £75 minimum (plus VAT)

Landlords who want the benefits of the ‘Tenant Contact’ Package plus the assurance of knowing that we will be the first point of contact for any tenant issues, covering maintenance 24/7. We will automatically handle all repairs up to £250 in value and agree more expensive works directly. All works will be completed to a high standard by approved contractors, with access properly arranged. These landlords want to have the property managed and no direct contact with their tenants.
We can provide this service for a monthly fee of just 12% of the monthly rent, subject to a £85 minimum (plus VAT)

Landlords who want the benefits of the ‘Property Management’ service plus the assurance of having full Legal Expenses and Rent Protection cover. They also want to know that there will be nothing spent on their property without their prior approval, unless it is a priority issue.
We can provide this service for a monthly fee of just 15% of the monthly rent, subject to a £115 minimum (plus VAT)
