Honourable and personal residential letting experts

Everyone in our team deals directly with landlords and tenants, so everyone is front line.

Performance and communication

Everyone wants to do a good job and to know how they are doing. To make sure this happens we have:

  • Weekly team briefings, covering immediate issues
  • Regular one to one performance reviews
  • Monthly team meetings, when each team reviews their performance indicators and sets a plan to improve their service and performance.
  • Quarterly meetings we review the last 3 months and look forward, working together to agree and make changes to our company. We usually have a meal out together afterwards at the company’s expense.
  • Annual objective setting and performance review.
