Blog from the dogs: B2L Seminar Recap

Ted: Wow Smudge, I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so many biscuits in my life. Great spread at last night’s B2L seminar.

Smudge: Ted you ate all the food that was meant to feed 100 people, you look like an inflated coconut.

Ted: Well… Whilst that may be technically true, the ancient adage “you snooze you lose” is always worth remembering.

Smudge: Snacks aside, I heard some lovely feedback from everyone at the event, I wouldn’t hesitate to call it a great success!

Ted: They could have done with a few more crudités if you ask me, but I can see where you’re coming from.

Smudge: You were so busy stuffing your face with biscuits, you didn’t even see Kate Faulkner giving some sage advice on effective renting, and dispelling the media’s negative portrayal of landlords!

Ted: Hey! I heard some stuff from the refreshments table! I just couldn’t hear very well with all that food in my mouth.

Smudge: That… Doesn’t make sense, but I’ll tell you what, it was really refreshing to see a good blend of old and new faces at the event. Great to see people genuinely interested in becoming & remaining excellent landlords!

Ted: I mean, who could resist the stacked line-up of George Hay Chartered Accountants, Revell Turner & Wass and some of the Maxine Lester team themselves! It’s like the Glastonbury of residential lettings!

Smudge: I’d have to agree with you there Ted, and your enthusiasm for the subject is frankly infectious. I managed to grab a few snaps as the whole event as it unfolded so remind yourself below!
