Many landlords say they are not sure if they can end their agreement with the current agents, or that it can’t be ended whilst tenants are in place. Clearly you will need to check the agreement with your agent (they should be able to provide a copy you signed), but usually agency agreements can be ended with adequate notice, and there is no need to wait until a change in tenants.

We have produced a sample agency termination letter, which is usually all that is needed to formally communicate your intention to your current agent. We will than handle everything else!
