1.	Phone + email advice within 48 Hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
2.	Compliance and Legal updates
	All for monthly cost of just £19 pcm or £205 p.a. (+VAT)
	Charges are for owners with up to three properties - additional properties charged at £5 per month each + VAT

	PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
	Everything in Essential support, plus:
1.	Phone + email advice within 24 Hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
2.	Complementary review of all certificates and compliance
3.	Compliance Certificate reminders when needed
4.	Compliance Certificate queries answered
5.	Monthly market data and update provided
6.	15% discount on Tenant Find Service
7.	10% discount on other support services
	All for monthly cost of just £29 pcm or £313 p.a. (+VAT)
	Charges are for owners with up to three properties - additional properties charged at £7 per month each + VAT

	STRATEGIC SUPPORT
	Everything in Professional support, plus:
1.	Phone + email advice within 6 Hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
2.	Annual Portfolio review to help ensure you are getting the best return
3.	Rent comparison to Market with comparables to inform any rent increase you implement
4.	Priority access to our Off Market deals
5.	Nexus Making Tax Digital Platform
6.	Extra 10% discount on Tenant Find Service = 25% total
7.	Extra 10% discount on other support services = 20% total
	All for monthly cost of just £39 pcm or £421 p.a. (+VAT)
	Charges are for owners with up to three properties - additional properties charged at £9 per month each + VAT
