ADVERTISING:

Most tenants will search for properties online, therefore, it is of huge importance to present our listings in the best possible way.  The expert presentation of our Maxine Lester properties has led to us being the top rated agent on ‘Rightmove’ locally for the ‘click through’ rate of our advertised properties.  Basically this means that we really do know how to entice viewers with our professional marketing, great photography, catchy descriptions and informative brochures.

This is our essential marketing package, which all our customers enjoy; or you can choose enhanced marketing packages for extra promotion or information.

Finding a great tenant

VIEWINGS:
We do not want someone going into your property who we would not put into our own properties. So after accompanied viewings and careful applicant vetting we undertake comprehensive checks and referencing.

WATERTIGHT PAPERWORK:
Once you have accepted the applicants, we will ensure that all relevant paperwork is properly drawn-up, signed and recorded to provide you with the best protection, before we then check your tenants into your property.

 

Managing your property

We offer a range of on-going rental support to suit your needs, ranging from simply collecting the rent each month through to our all-inclusive packages ~ where one fee covers everything (except the cost of any repairs required).

What does it cost?

As it is important for you to know what things cost we have openly published our charges since 2010. We know we may not always be the lowest headline price, but our landlords tell us we provide excellent value for money.  Full details of our charges are shown in the landlord service details, or we have a sheet available here to allow you to compare all packages on one sheet.

In 2015 the law came in-line with our practice and it became a legal requirement for letting agents to show all their fees, inclusive of VAT, online and in their offices.  If your agent does not openly publish their fees then you may be wise not to trust them to be open with you, or compliant with other important legislation or information.
